If you enjoy training outdoors then Lemieux Training's Boot Camps are for you! We meet at beautiful outdoor parks in Montreal and the West Island. We use these amazing Montreal parks, for their hills, and concrete as our outdoor fitness center. If you'd rather workout from home and join us virtually from anywhere, then our new hyrbid option is for you! You can now join all our Bootcamps virtually. All our Bootcamps follow an ALL NEW hybrid (virtual and in person) ensuring everyone can join and is able to be their fittest!
Our Boot Camps can have you at your fittest! No longer should you stay indoors, when you can get a complete workout, with Professionals to ensure proper Intensity and executed safely.
If you're looking for more of a personal approach that revolves around your schedule, then Personal Training might be best suited for you. You can meet with our at-home Personal Trainers who come to you, either at your home, condo gym, work or gym. We begin with a consultation and fitness assessment. Then we move forward with your specific training program.

Lemieux Training is now offering Online Virtual Bootcamps! You can join us from anywhere around the world! We've created this option for a variety of reasons, including for Bootcampers who may be out of town or are not able to train outdoors in the winter. All you need is a ZOOM account, and to register with us minimum 1hr before the VBC (Virtual Bootcamp) begins

I have been doing the Lemieux training bootcamp for three years. There is a great variety of exercises that are quite demanding, the group atmosphere is very friendly. The trainer always find ways to push us a little more. Despite the pandemic, we kept doing our bootcamp in virtual mode and it helped all of us to get through this. I can’t wait to be back training in the parcs with our group but in the meantime, the virtual training is great, it keeps us safe and in shape.
