If you enjoy training outdoors then Lemieux Training's Boot Camps are for you! We meet at beautiful outdoor parks in Montreal and the West Island. We use these amazing Montreal parks, for their hills, and concrete as our outdoor fitness center.
Our Boot Camps can have you at your fittest! No longer should you stay indoors, when you can get a complete workout, with Professionals to ensure proper Intensity and executed safely.
If you're looking for more of a personal approach that revolves around your schedule, then Personal Training might be best suited for you. You can meet with our at-home Personal Trainers who come to you, either at your home, condo gym, work or gym. We begin with a consultation and fitness assessment. Then we move forward with your specific training program.
