If you enjoy training outdoors with an amazing group, then Lemieux Training's Boot Camps are for you! We meet at beautiful outdoor parks in the Lasalle area. We use these amazing Montreal parks, for their hills, and concrete as our outdoor fitness center.

 

If you'd rather workout from home and join us virtually from anywhere, then our new hyrbid option is for you! You can now join all our Bootcamps virtually. All our Bootcamps follow an ALL NEW hybrid (virtual and in person) ensuring everyone can join and is able to be their fittest!

 

Our Boot Camps can have you at your fittest! Join us and you can get a complete workout, with Professionals to ensure proper Intensity and executed safely. ​

If you're looking for more of a personal approach that revolves around your schedule, then Personal Training might be best suited for you. You can meet with our at-home Personal Trainers who come to you, either at your home, condo gym, work or gym. We begin with a consultation and fitness assessment. Then we move forward with your specific training program.

PERSONAL TRAINING 

Our Trainers will eliminate all obstacles in order to get you to your goals! ​ ​Having a certified Trainer watch your form while exercising will ensure that you are doing all workouts properly and effectively. Having a Trainer motivating and empowering you, will ensure that you reach your goals quickly and safely. Our Trainers do not leave their work after the session, we are constantly available to our clients, no matter what the issue is, we are always available to assist our clients and answer their questions

Our Lemieux Training Boot Camps have been running for over 15 years with great success. We meet outdoors for a fun dynamic Boot Camp in a Montreal Park. If you're looking to get in a great full body workout, using circuits, HIIT training, Tabata Protocol, and body weight exercises while having fun and getting in shape, then our amazing Boot Camps are for you

We are now offering Hybrid options for all our Members. At each Bootcamp there is an online and in-person option for all.

I have been doing the Lemieux training bootcamp for three years.  There is a great variety of exercises that are quite demanding, the group atmosphere is very friendly.  The trainer always find ways to push us a little more.  Despite the pandemic, we kept doing our bootcamp in virtual mode and it helped all of us to get through this.  I can’t wait to be back training in the parcs with our group but in the meantime, the virtual training is great, it keeps us safe and in shape.
